William Butcher
President

 

Bill Butcher has over 35 years of experience providing comprehensive executive coaching; interactive training and project consulting for the pharmaceutical, chemical, technical, and professional industries.  He has extensive expertise in creating and delivering effective communications; trust-centered leadership; and professional effectiveness seminars.  With over 50 copyrights, Bill's unique processes and practical applications have significantly grown four different companies (taking one to over 20 million dollars).  Bill has personally coached over 1,250 top tier executives for personal improvement and career advancement and trained over 18,000 professionals in acheiving new levels of efficiency and productivity.

Bill received his Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA; course work at Hahnemann Medical School, University of Pennsylvania; and Drexel Graduate Schools in Philadelphia PA.  He is a speaker and advisor for numerous organizations including The New Jersey Council of Teaching Hospitals, Sales and Marketing Executive Institute, the New Jersey Presidents Forum, and the Superior Courts System for the State of New Jersey.  Bill is involved in many community and charitable activities including the Salvation Army, Boys and Girls Club and the Children’s Psychiatric Clinic.

Michael Penkethman
Vice President Sales and Marketing

 

Mike Penkethman has over 20 years of experience providing business consultation and growth for the financial employee benefits and insurance industries.

He has extensive expertise in creating and delivering effective communications; trust-centered education; and effective sales training seminars.  Mike has personally grown several businesses; one from zero to over two hundred business group clients.  His unique, results driven approach and sense of urgency has produced four successful business ventures with one valued in the millions of dollars.  Mike has been instrumental in personally coaching and mentoring thousands of people and professionals for future success and security.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton.  He is an honor graduate from the United States Marine Corps Boot Camp, (Paris Island, South Carolina) and has received numerous awards and recognition for sales production in the insurance and financial industries. Mike is involved in many community and charitable activities such as the Diocese of Trenton, The Madonna House, and the American Cancer Society.
